Melt-In-Your-Mouth Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe is not just easy and simple but also delicious! In just 15 minutes, you have a power snack, ready for adults and littles!

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour (can substitute with 3/4 cup oat flour)


  1. Preheat the oven to 320°F
  2. Mix the peanut butter with the maple syrup. Then stir in almond flour until fully combined. (Peanut butter can vary in consistency depending on which one you use. You might need a bit more flour/PB to get the right texture.)
  3. Roll into 15 balls. Flatten and score with a fork. Bake for about 12 minutes.
  4. Store in an airtight container. I leave mine on the counter for 3 days then move to the fridge or freezer, if they last that long.

  • I chose almond flour because of the added nutrients for little ones .
  • This recipe has both peanuts and almonds, please make sure you have introduced this to your little ones before sharing these delicious treats with them.
  • I use this recipe to make sure they are getting continued exposure to these two allergens
