Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour (can substitute with 3/4 cup oat flour)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 320°F
- Mix the peanut butter with the maple syrup. Then stir in almond flour until fully combined. (Peanut butter can vary in consistency depending on which one you use. You might need a bit more flour/PB to get the right texture.)
- Roll into 15 balls. Flatten and score with a fork. Bake for about 12 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container. I leave mine on the counter for 3 days then move to the fridge or freezer, if they last that long.
