Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes - delicious for the whole family!
Ingredient
Dry
- 2½ cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp all spice
Wet
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can of pumpkin puree or 1½ cups of homemade pumpkin puree
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Line cupcake pan (silicone cupcake liners are my favorite).
Step 3
Mix all dry ingredients together.
- 2½ cups all purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking soda

Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can of pumpkin puree or 1½ cups of homemade pumpkin puree
Step 5
Mix until well combined and scoop dough into lined cupcake pan.
Step 6
Bake 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
